FLI Community Mentorship Program

Main content start

The FLI Community Mentoring Program connects undergraduate students, graduate students, and alumni in structured mentoring “triads” to support academic success, professional development, and a strong sense of community. By fostering intergenerational mentorship, the program will create opportunities for participants to learn from one another’s lived experiences, perspectives, and pathways through higher education and beyond, while strengthening networks of support, belonging, and collective knowledge across generations. Designed around shared academic and career interests and a hybrid delivery model, the program ensures flexibility and accessibility for all participants.
